The Academy for First Aid and Safety of Toronto is a training partner with the Canadian Red Cross. We offer WSIB approved first aid and CPR courses for employment and / or academic purposes. Our facility can seat up to 18 students, and contains EVA foam flooring for a very comfortable experience. In June, our training facility will be upgraded again to incorporate theatre seating, making the training courses extremely comfortable.

We have training courses twice per week at our Etobocoke location, every Thursday and Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.


- CPR level C: $49.99 (5 hours in-class)
- CPR level HCP: $59.99 (5 hours in-class)
- Emergency first aid and CPR level C: $64.99 (7-8 hours in-class)
- Emergency first aid and CPR level HCP: $74.99: 7-8 hours in-class
- Standard first aid and CPR level C: $99.99 (blended 1 day on-line + 1 day in-class)
- Standard first aid and CPR level HCP: $109.99 (blended 1 day on-line + 1 day in-class)


Re-certification courses (only for non-expired WSIB approved certifications):

- CPR level C: $44.99
- CPR level HCP: $49.99 (5 hours in-class)
- Emergency first aid and CPR level C: $54.99 (7-8 hours in-class)
- Emergency first aid and CPR level HCP: $59.99: 7-8 hours in-class
- Standard first aid and CPR level C: $79.99 (blended 1 day on-line + 1 day in-class)
- Standard first aid and CPR level HCP: $84.99 (blended 1 day on-line + 1 day in-class)

- Introduction to the Canadian Red Cross.
- Responding to wmergencies
- Check, Call, Care
- Choking
- Circulation emergencies
- CPR and AED
- Breathing emergencies
- Health care provider add-on (if HCP selected)


Emergency first aid subjects:
- All CPR level C content.
- Wound care
- Health care provider add-on (if HCP selected)


Standard first aid subjects:
- All emergency first aid & CPR level C content
- Head and spinal injuries
- Bone, muscle, and joint injuries
- Sudden medical emergencies
- Environmental illness
- Poisons
- Foundation of first aid
