There are so many fantastic reasons to practice yoga and those reasons are intensified when you undertake a retreat. The rationale behind offering the day retreats, right here in the city is to make them ACCESSIBLE for all, so that you don't have to make travel or accommodation arrangements, you don't need to spend thousands of dollars going away, but you still get to set aside that special and necessary YOU TIME that gives you the recharge that you need, away from the requirements of daily life that gives you the time and space to get back in touch with things that go unnoticed when you don't have time to pay attention because of our busy schedules.

Sunday, Feb 26th 3-8pm:


@ 5 St. Joseph (Yonge & Wellesley)

108 is considered a sacred number by most Dharmic traditions. In this day retreat we observe and celebrate sacred yogic traditions and gain greater focus and clarity by performing 108 sun salutations, reciting 108 repetitions of the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra and finding meditative stillness for 108 breaths. End the day finding complete rejuvenation in the onsite spa whirlpool, saunas and steam rooms. Healthy refreshments will be provided.

* Those with malas (108 meditation beads) are encouraged to bring them.

Saturday, March 18th 11-6:


@ 5 St. Joseph (Yonge & Wellesley)

Ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Melt the stress away with a gentle yoga practice, various meditations, a deep and slow yin stretch and a relaxing yoga nidra (conscious deep sleep). Also included in the day is mindful time relaxing in the onsite spa whirlpools, saunas and steam rooms. A healthy, plant-based lunch will be provided.

Saturday, April 8th 11-6:


@ Republic (Yonge & Eglinton)

Let the musicality of the mantras guide you to a greater sense of peace and calm. Accompanied by a hand-drum, find focus through the mudras (traditional hand gestures) in asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation). Leave the day in a state of samadhi (bliss). A healthy, plant-based lunch will be provided.

Saturday, April 29th 11-4pm:


@ 5 St. Joseph (Yonge & Wellesley)

Find fortitude and focus through strength, endurance & stretch with a challenging schedule, followed by complete relaxation:

45 minutes high intensity cardio yoga

10 minutes moving mindful meditation

5 minutes break

45 minutes power yoga

10 minutes seated meditation

5 minutes break

45 minutes yin deep stretch

15 minutes supine meditation / shavasana

Finish off with relaxing in the spa whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms.

Healthy refreshments will be provided.

Retreats cost as low as $75+hst!

Finances an issue?
Please contact me to discuss alternate arrangements. There are lots of possibilities available for energy exchange or payment plans to make sure that finances do not get in the way of your participation. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
