ATID CHAPTER PRESENTS: A DRUMMING CIRCLE IN HONOUR OF PURIM
Please join ATID Chapter - CHW Toronto Centre, for an intergenerational, energetic, interactive, fun and empowering afternoon for women, men and children. Learn about the history of drumming circles, how drumming can build community spirit, and discover how it can be an incredibly empowering experience to increase self-esteem, health and wellness. Plus, it offers a unique opportunity to express your inner musician and have a great time doing it! No musical experience necessary! We will link this incredible experience with the Jewish holiday of Purim, which will fall shortly after the event. Purim is an empowering holiday, and especially meaningful for women due to the bravery of both Queen Esther and Queen Vashti before her.
It's a perfect experience to share with your whole family, and we are offering multi-generational discounts to attend, so bring your daughters and sons, moms and dads, aunts and uncles or bubbies and zaydies! Please invite your friends as well!
Our drumming facilitator is Ora Goldin, founder and lead facilitator of Living Rhythm in Richmond Hill. For information about her company and her amazing work, please visit: http://www.livingrhythm.ca/ .
The event will also feature a fabulous silent auction with amazing packages available, and door prizes! Don't forget to bring your credit card! Thanks!

CHW Toronto is proud to partner with Sunnybrook on these meaningful projects that reflect CHW values and reminds us of the importance of supporting our local communities.
