Toronto's film and TV industry is booming!

Every year this industry pumps over a billion dollars into Toronto's economy. That means jobs! Lots of them!

Behind all of those movies and TV shows that make you laugh, cry, learn and even scare the daylights out of you, are hundreds of people working behind the scenes.

They are technicians, sound effects people, set construction workers, painters, hair dressers, costume and wardrobe and even drivers to transport the people and equipment from place to place!

Join us for an information session with special guest speaker Jonathan Ahee. President of NABET-Unifor Local 700-M, one of the largest unions in Toronto's film/TV sector to learn about the industry, opportunities for employment and how to go about becoming a permittee!

The session will take place at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 23rd at our office located in Suite 100 at 15 Gervais Drive (near Don Mills & Eglinton East).

Seating is limited!

Please visit our website at http://www.laboureducation.org to register for this event.
